• Cleanliness: 7.5 Dead bug in bed room. Wall paint can be renovated soon. Bath room looks clean.
• Location: 10 For Barcelona heart you cant find better.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Environement doesn't look bad, but the experince was horrible, so only avarage for me.
• Staff: Not rated Maybe hi didn't realized but if you sleep and somene swith on bright central light in sleepeing room after midnight you can't expect any points here.
• Quietness: Not rated My bed has been in the window directd to busy street and with Barcelona night life it was my worst night in life.
• Room: 5 Only central lighting cause a lot of trobles.
• Value for money: 2.5 Breakfast for €3 in price is uselles. Disgusting coffe from automat - the worst one in my life, Scoop of cereals, youghurt, suchards crispy like 100 years old bread. Understand good marketing for "Breakfast Included" But if you can imagine the freshly prepared coffe and warm croissant in neighborhoods bakkery for €2 ...

• Negative: Al hacer el checkin las camas estaban completamente sucias, llenas de tierra y demás. El baño no contaba con una cerradura por lo cual era muy incómodo hacer uso de este, el aire acondicionado tampoco fue de ayuda alguna debido a que no funcionaba bien a pesar de mi cama estar al lado de este. El sistema de elegir la cama libre es muy confusa porque a mitad de la noche hubo lío porque dos chicas habían elegido la misma cama. Me parece de igual manera muy mal servicio que en ningún correo o demás se me informo de la hora del checkin o del cargo extra al pagar en tarjeta de crédito... me deja muy mal sabor de boca.

• Negative: Es un lugar con muy mala atención, es súper impersonal, las piezas son básicas y hay bastante desorganización. No me gusto para nada el sistema por el precio que pague pues lo único bueno es la ubicación. Es muy básica la habitación, cobran por todo aparte.

• Positive: L'emplacement de ma chambre et le service du gars qui nous a accueilli.
• Negative: 1.La femme de chambre qui a ouvert ma chambre de l'exterieur avec une clef sans ma permission. J'étais avec mon chéri, c'était gênant et facheux. 2. On devrait respecter le silence a partir de 22h normalement. Sauf que les clients de la chambres voisine (102) ont été insupportable. Trop bruillant pendant la nuit et le petit matin. On pouvait même entendre leur conversation telephonique qu'ils mettaient sur hautparleur.
