• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: It´s my second stay and this time I was really well impressed with the wi-fi (very good, easy to connect and fast).
• Negative: Only one of the nights I was a bit cold because the heating system didn´t work well and I would have liked better covers for the bed.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Couples, Budget travelers, Business travelers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Luxury, Modern style lovers
• Cleanliness: 7.5 There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom sinks but it´s a pipe problem and doesn´t have to do with cleanliness. Simple sink covers would have solved this smell problem but I didn´t find them, so I made the sink covers with paper myself.
• Location: 7.5 Close to Sants Train Station, subway stations nearby, the neighbourhood has lots of shops.

• Staff: 10 Staff is always very polite and they are always at the reception.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 5 I had only one DC outlet and it was badly located and had to improvise to charge all my devices. Once again, a nicer cover for the bed would improve the experience a lot. The blanket or bed cover seem a bit old and tired. A very simple edredom would do good in this aspect. And I really miss a small fridge or firgobar in the room. I´d pay more to have one in my room. So many options of food in Barcelona and I would have liked to take some of that to a fridge in my room.
• Value for money: 7.5 It´s a good deal and it was a nice stay. I returned this year and certainly would return again.

• Cleanliness: 5 room wasn't cleaned every day, towels were clean, but very unpleasant in touch
• Location: 7.5 proximity of metro and train station
• Common facilities and services: 5 small mirror, hairdryer, soap was in the bathroom
• Staff: 5 responded positively to my complaint and changed the room
• Quietness: Not rated in the first room I couldn't sleep at all because of terrible noise from the street traffic, another room was quieter
• Room: 2.5 in the first room we had very small beds, smaller than average, I think they were for children. The view from the window was nice. In the second room the window was really tiny, and the room looked like a cellar, but for me it was an advantage (luck of annoying noise from the street)
• Value for money: 5 Wydaje mi się, że obsługa w recepcji za te same pieniądze przydziela gorsze pokoje osobom z uboższych krajów. Rezerwację zrobiłam kilka miesięcy wcześniej, niestety dostałam pokój od strony ulicy z dostawkami dzięcięcymi, a nie standardowymi łóżkami. Na szczęście udało mi się zmienić pokój, po jednej nieprzespanej nocy.
