• Negative: The area is not that nice. 2 streets away and it would have been much nicer. the elevator did not work and has never worked...

• Cleanliness: 5 Could be much better. Especially because cleaning was every day. A good thing is that you do not feel the pressure to get out of the room so that the claaning could start. Very Nice....
• Location: 5 Located in an area with very good access to everything of interest. BUT, it is located in one of the 2 streets with a lot of prostitutes and what comes with that! Also quite noisy area...

• Cleanliness: 5 Smoking smell in the room.
• Location: 5 Only about 5-10 min walk from metro. But at first arrive, we were quite surprised of a lot of gangster-like and whore-like people standing around the area. However, the hostel staffs told us it is common in such downtown, and police cars reach every corner of the area. Though not feel safe outside the hostel (just my personal opinion), but inside it was safe. But we were a little uncomfortable to walk through those people while carrying our luggages, seeking where the hostel is.
• Common facilities and services: 5 There are microwave oven and hot water pot to borrow.
• Staff: 7.5 Not all staffs can speak English. But the one who can was really helpful and friendly.

• Room: 5 A bit small in size. Bathroom was also very small.

• Location: 2.5 Prostitutes and drug dealers abound, not a nice area to arrive at during the night.

• Staff: Not rated Rude and unhelpful once I%27d paid.
• Quietness: Not rated very difficult to sleep, constant noise from outside till about 7am
• Room: 2.5 room was ok but various faults that staff were uninterested in fixing.
