• Positive: the location and how quiet the rooms were. loved the air conditioning and private bath. Also, the staff are so warm and welcoming.
• Negative: this is the second time i've stayed there, and both times i had difficulty with the lock on the front door to the building. The lock is hard to open, and it needs to be replaced or lubricated on a regular basis. Everytime I returned and hard to use my key at the front door it was a chore jiggling the key just right, to get the door open.

• Cleanliness: 10 room was clean when i arrived, and cleaned everyday.
• Location: 10 right at plaza St. Ana. Perfect!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 not really any common facilities. but small lobby was clean and they have a laundry available
• Staff: 10 very friendly
• Quietness: 10 very quiet place
• Room: 5 i didn't check the view, but room was nice if basic. loved controlable AC and TV
• Value for money: 10 perfect price
