• Location: 10 You really coudn't ask for a better location, everything was close by but the hotel itself is on a quiet clean plaza
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The breakfast room was clean and comfortable with attract and interesting decor as was the lobby.
• Staff: 10 The staff were very helpful and friendly even when there was language difficulites.
• Quietness: 7.5 The hotel is on a quiet plaza so there was no street noise but other guest did make noise when returning late at night, but for the most part things were quiet.
• Room: 7.5 The hotel was overbooked and we ended up in very small single rooms that had little natural light. But since we only slept in our rooms this was not a problem.
• Value for money: 7.5 On a previous trip to Madrid I spend about the same amount of money in a different hotel that was not nearly as nice and didn't offer breakfast so a definitely felt a got good value for money.

• Positive: Boa localização, O quarto é bom, o pessoal do hotel simpatico, adorei a decoração que o hotel tinha no ambito do evento Decor action, acho que deveriam manter aquela decoração.

• Quietness: 5 Um pouco de ruido nas ruas por ser uma zona bastante movimentada, mas nada de especial, a janela tem vidros duplos nao se houve quase nada com as janelas fechadas

• Negative: That the bed were too small. My boyfriend is 185 cm tall and the beds could not fit him. We had asked for a king sized bed, but instead we got two beds we could push together.
