• Cleanliness: 10 All areas were maintained with a high level of cleanliness.
• Location: 10 Very central. Good restaurant and grocery shop next door. Handy for food and drinks around Plaza del Sol. Jazz close by.

• Staff: 10 Staff great and very welcoming at all times. All questions answered.
• Quietness: 7.5 I stayed in a room overlooking the inner courtyard which was very quiet at night. Inside walls a little thin.
• Room: 7.5 Large powerful shower. Free in-room safe.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for money. Breakfasts were fun and friendly and all things were speedily replenished.
