• Positif: The location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are typically small, but extremely quiet. The staff speaks English and goes out of their way for the guests. Internet is available at no cost. The reason I gave the rating good and not excellent is that it is certainly not a 5-star hotel, but for the price per night, it is a wonderful bargain. There is no restaurant in the building, so you must go out for breakfast.
• Négatif: No breakfast available and the entrance is very tricky to find. Coming from the Opera house, you pass a McDonalds on your right. The entrance is a couple doors past MickeyD's, again on your right. You buzz to gain entrance.

• Situation: 10 Proximity is excellent...many many things are WALKING distance and the metro is right near the opera house.

• Relation qualité-prix: 10 If you are looking for value, this is a good one for the cost. It is not luxury, but still a very good value.
