• Cleanliness: 10 They cleaned room everyday.
• Location: 10 In the Calle de la Cruz are a ton of great restaurants and bars with delicious food for small prices. These places are not loaded with tourists but mainly locals. Also it is within walking distance from The Prado (10min), Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol (2min), Royal Palace (25min), etc.

• Quietness: 7.5 We were surprised by how quiet this place is. It is in the heart of the city, but we had really no problem getting asleep, and were not woken up by anyhting.
• Room: 7.5 No view in our room at all, but who cares? You%27re in the city... go outside!
• Value for money: 10 We paid about EUR 25 per person per night for a nice double bedded room with own bathroom/AC/in-room safe (for 50cents). Everything was very clean and in working order. Modern equipment, elevator to some floors, quiet AC.
