• Staff: 2.5 Efficient, but didn%27t go out of way and didn%27t give me accurate answers about level of noise in establishment.
• Quietness: Not rated Very noisy. I was near the reception desk, which the receptionist said would be quiet. At 3 am in the morning I still had earplugs in and was still being awaken by the phone ringing, her counting lots of change and jangling it around, her punching numbers into some electronic device that made loud beeps. I am not a light sleeper, so for me to be constantly awaken, it was noisy.
• Room: 5 Sufficient for the purpose.
• Value for money: Not rated Much too high for such inconsiderate staff and thin walls.
