• Location: 10 Very close to shops and plaza Mayor, Sud, Oriente, etc. and in a quiet street
• Common facilities and services: 5 Internet in corridor but printer didn't work. No shared 'living room', so not really cosy in the way of meeting other travelers
• Staff: 5 One woman was very friendly and helpful, the other one not
• Quietness: 5 Quiet street, most noise was from inside the hotel (but didn't bother)
• Room: 5 For three persons the room was quite small (especially with luggage on the floor), but I think it was actually a 2-persons room
• Value for money: 5 not cheap, not very expensive
