• Location: 10 è sulla strada che collega opera a porta del sol. proprio al centro di madrid. abbiamo raggiunto tutti i posti di interesse a piedi, tranne il prado e reina sofia.

• Cleanliness: 10 The caretaker, Jaime, was excellent and very helpful regarding all other aspects of our stay

• Common facilities and services: 10 Most staff were frindly enough. Only the caretaker could really speak English so knowing a little of Spanish would be ideal when staying here. One member of staff on nightshift was particularly unpleasant.

• Location: 10 está muy bien comunicado, para ver el centro se puede ir caminando
• Common facilities and services: 5 no hay sitios comunes, el hostal es solo para pernoctar
• Staff: 5 amable si, pero nunca he oido de tener que pagar la noche anterior a la salida, y no te pueden dar la factura hasta el día siguente (al que nadie se puede acordar que todavía no ha sido entregada)
• Quietness: 2.5 mejor regresar al hotel muy tarde, como las paredes son muy finas y se puede oir a cada puerta y cada persona pasando en el pasillo...
• Room: 7.5 recomiendo coger una habitación doble de uso individual, visto que las individuales son muy chiquitin

• Cleanliness: 7.5 明るい掃除夫さんがきっちり仕事をしていた
• Location: 10 ソルや地下鉄に近く観光にとても便利。メイン通りの脇道入ってすぐだが少し人気が少ないので周囲に気を配りたい。気をつければ大丈夫。
• Common facilities and services: 5 エレベーターがなく受付は2階で、客室は2階か3階になる。最初は建物入り口のインターホンでドアを開けてもらわねばならない。チェックイン後にカードキーを渡され、建物の入り口と各階の入り口、部屋に自由に入れる。
• Staff: 7.5 受付の人は英語が少し通じ身振り手振りで親切に対応してくれる。
• Quietness: 5 繁華街の人声や車の音が聞こえるが、3重窓になっているので閉めると静か。
• Room: 7.5 テレビと冷蔵庫、浴槽あり。改装したてなのか壁や天井、室内はとてもきれい。滞在を楽しむのでなく観光メインで動くなら広さも問題ない。
• Value for money: 7.5 この値段と立地、設備なら適当。

• Cleanliness: 10 although small, the room and bathroom are modern and very clean
• Location: 10 close (very close) to Opera Metro station, no problems carrying your luggage from hotel to metro
• Common facilities and services: 10 internet connection available! I do not get that for free at major brand hotels! TV on the room. The air conditioning is perfect, better than any other big hotel I stayed, no noise at all, remote control, you can control the exact temperature you want. Bathroom has even a hair dryer. Small fridge on the room as well.
• Staff: 10
• Quietness: 5 the only problem is during the night, when people bang their room doors, maybe the hotel should put some type of protection on the doors to reduce the noise, but this was the only problem, everything else if perfect
• Room: 10 perfect, small but modern and equiped.
• Value for money: 10 for 1 person room (smaller than the others), I paid 40 euros per day, great value for the price paid.
