• Positive: El hotel tiene muy buena ubicaciòn, esta todo a mano. Con relaciòn al desayuno si bien el hotel no lo ofrece, a media cuadra hay varios restaurantes que ofrecen un desayuno a 2 euros

• Positive: The location, step out of the hotel and there you are, right in the old center of Madrid. Lots of shops and restaurants around.
• Negative: Staff does not speak English very well, rooms aren't sound proof, early in the morning you hear the staff talking to each other and we had a room right next to the laundry mat room, which is not very
