• Positive: The Hospitality of the owner and his staff. I cannot remember her name but the lady that works there is so nice and helpful, as most Spaniards, and it is always a pleasure to come stay at this family owned Hostal while in Madrid.

• Cleanliness: 10 Always clean and if you need something the staff is right down the other end of the hall way to assist you.
• Location: 10 Perfect location in the heart of the city. % minutes top from all the major sites of Madrid.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 I would say excellent because I like them but the Hostal is a traditional and simple lodging for the simple traveler.
• Staff: 10 I love the people there and love the lady I always see when I stay there in Madrid.
• Quietness: 7.5 It is quiet but it is small and the Spanish tile and hallways are not the quietest when in use. Having said that there is only sound when in use and in the late morning when the staff is cleaning otherwise the Hostal is very quiet and there is an effort made by everyone there to keep the peace.
• Room: 10 Rooms are simple and small. A very traditional and quaint Spanish experience
• Value for money: 10 It is not going to much more affordable. I stayed for myself 35 euro once and 50 Euro for two. Wont find cheaper for your own room.
