• Positive: Took a risk on this place because I couldn't get a room at my usual hotel and lucked out - this place is extremely clean, comfortable bed, good service from front desk, excellent value, good location, free wireless...
• Negative: Wireless was slow (but when it's free....). Not a problem for me but there is no lift and no breakfast at the hotel (plenty places nearby to eat).

• Staff: 10 Not many places will print out a boarding pass for free and bring it to your room!
• Quietness: 2.5 Not much in the way of street noise (which is impressive for Madrid) but the hotel courtyard has a lot of 'family' noise (cooking, conversation, phones)
• Room: 5 Basic but comfortable.
• Value for money: 10
