• Staff: Not rated very very unfriendly and distant, not helpful
• Quietness: Not rated very loud due to location on Gran Via, but sometimes the walls were shaking due to the street!
• Room: Not rated smallest room I%27ve ever seen!
• Value for money: Not rated way to expensive! even for the good location the rest of the service is not worth the price they charge
