• Cleanliness: 10 Cleaned daily and towels replaced as needed.
• Location: 5 Some good restaurants nearby and area very safe. Subways easy to access.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast area small in this hotel but larger if you are at "plus" hotel. Hotel is on second floor but 1 small lift available to accommodate luggage or disabled.
• Staff: 10 Staff spoke English and were helpful with recommendations and facilitating activities.
• Quietness: 7.5 Some noise from other rooms but not excessive. No outside noise noted since at back of hotel.
• Room: 5 At back of hotel with view of small uninteresting courtyard. Room adequate in size with basic supplies provided. Small bathroom.
• Value for money: 7.5 Helpful to have cold buffet breakfast included- breads jams, pastries, fruit, cheese and yogurt. Very helpful in providing gluten free bread that was required.
