• Cleanliness: 7.5 Maid service every day who swept and cleaned the bathroom and made the bed. Sheets were changed twice in the 10 days we were there.
• Location: 7.5 Quiet street. 5 minute walk from the beach and really close to the bus stop and train station. Hotel is nestled on the edge of the town but the town is tiny so don%27t let this put you off...you are a 10 minute walk from everything.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No lift in the Pension, and narrow staircase. No safe in the room in the Pension. Hotel had safety deposit boxes if you wanted them. We felt very safe however and left our windows open all day
• Staff: 10 Really helpful, cannot fault them. No problem leaving your luggage with them on your last day.
• Quietness: 2.5 No sound insulation and no soft furnishings made this a noisy hotel particularly when drunk people came home at night (with doors slamming etc...) If you have trouble sleeping, don%27t stay here.
• Room: 2.5 We had room 34 which was extremely basic and very small. Slept 3 people: one double and a single bed. Bed was really knackered: my partner and I woke up constantly because we kept rolling towards each other. Huge balcony however if that%27s your thing, and we also had a fridge which was not advertised on their website. Hot water took about 5 minutes to work it%27s way through to our shower.
• Value for money: 10 Hotels in Sitges are expensive. We paid 39 euros per night so thought we were getting a good deal. Our thinking was: save money on hotel and have more to spend on nice food. We were not bothered by the bad points about this Pension because were are slobs but appreciate most other people would demand a little more comfort and peace.
