• Location: 10 muito bom. próximo de tudo para fazer a pé. Perto da Puerta del Sol e o metrô, de todo o comércio e e pontos turísticos.
• Common facilities and services: 10 boas instalações, bom serviço, atencioso e limpeza.
• Staff: 10 muito prestativo.
• Quietness: 5 nos apartamentos mais baixos, 1º e 2º andares, há barulho da rua e recepção.
• Room: 10 tamanho adequado para estadia. Não é grande, mas o sufiente para abrigar com cocnforto.Conservado, com bons equipamentos, novos e limpos.
• Value for money: 10 compatível. Bom café da manhã oferecido no restaurante externo. Preço bom.
