• Positive: Location, friendly staff, tidy accommodations, mini fridge, hair dryer, great price for the location! I did not need heat or air during my stay so I do not know how these function.

• Location: 10 Walking distance to Plaza Sol and Plaza Mayor.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Private room and bath with tv, mini fridge and hair dryer. Nightly maid service. Sheets and towels were clean.
• Staff: 10 Even though I arrived very early, the staff was able to get my room ready. I really appreciated that!
• Quietness: 7.5 I could hear the sounds of the people using the shower in the room next to me. I could hear the people outside seated at the outdoor seating. These noises did not bother me. I enjoyed hearing the sounds of people enjoying the evening and the music of the street performer playing his accordion. The sounds did not interrupt my sleep.
• Room: 7.5 Small, but perfect for just me.
• Value for money: 10 I was very pleased with my stay:)
