• 騒音について: 5 The hotel is in an old building and there seemed to always be noise from the tenants above us. One night there was some kind of part that went on until 4 30 which made it impossible to sleep.

• 立地条件について: 10 Love the location is very central and quiet. Prefer this location than in the center of Arenal.
• 設備やサービスについて: 5 We had requested to clean the room in hoping to get additional soap but the facilities did not even check or provided. Since we are staying more than one days, so we will required extra soap or shampoo. Also there is no facial tissue. This is very important to lady travelers.

• 客室について: 7.5 Room is large, bathroom was sufficient but no counter space. There is no view even there is window to the room. The bedspread is a little used as i can see hair ball on the bed sheet. The bed and there is no spring box.
