• Location: 7.5 near ancient, shops and food...and not tooooo far from the beach...but could have been better if closer.

• Positive: The location was great, appart from 20 flights of stairs to the room
• Negative: Everything else! The staff, the cleanliness, the heat in the rooms, the 20 flights of stairs with no lift and no help from staff and the price we paid for this craphole! Should have listened to the bad reviews

• Cleanliness: Not rated Extremely filthy, no effort was made at all to clean the place
• Location: 10 Perfect spot, right on la rambla, but not good if you want to sleep becuase it's very loud
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 All coffee and vending machines were broken and there was 1 very slow ancient windows 84 computer for everyone to share, but wifi was good, housekeeping was a joke the didn't even fold the sheets or towles letalone give you new ones
• Staff: 2.5 Only 1 girl spoke english, she was pretty good but everyone else was lazy and unhelpful
• Quietness: 2.5 Very loud as it's right on la rambla, but that's the sacrifice you make for the great location
• Room: Not rated Tiny and filthy, got athletes foot from the shower, and the walls were covered in filth rooms were not cleaned daily as advertised
• Value for money: 2.5 We wanted this place mainly for the location which was great but we didn't realize how bad he rest of it was going to be

• Positive: the city center, at la rambla street, everywhere was close, nice lady (very helpful) in the reception
• Negative: 92 stairs - no elevator, small room, in the reception the only language was spanish - no english at all ;)

• Value for money: 10 the cheapest place I found in Barcelona center.
