• Negative: the elevator counterweight that was out of the building, passing by my window, it was noisy and ugly. Tip: cover it with some kind of tube.

• Negative: Para el precio que tiene la habitación estaba fatal, había pelos en el baño, el suelo de la habitación estaba lleno de polvo y suciedad, no cambiaban las toallas todos los días. Estas cosas que comento deben ser ya conocidas por la dirección, así que no entiendo que envíen este cuestionario, saben lo que les van a decir.
