• Cleanliness: 2.5 Las sabanas olían un poco raras, pero parecían limpias. En general estaba todo limpio, pero el techo del baño estaba muy sucio.
• Location: 10 Muy bien situado!
• Common facilities and services: 5 Por una parte, estaba muy bien que rellenaran cada día el mini bar con dos botellas de agua y dos pepsi, pero el wifi no funcionaba y el ordenador tampoco. Tampoco repostaron el papel de wc el segundo día. Además, dieron nuestra llave por error a otros clientes y nos entraron en la habitación cuando nos estabamos cambiando (esto es mala suerte, pero pasó...) Y aunque no sea muy importante, era un 3r piso sin ascensor, así que después de andar visitando la ciudad lo que menos apetece es subir escaleras.
• Staff: 10 Muy amables y simpaticos. En todo momento fueron muy educados y cordiales. Y en los momentos señalados pidieron disculpas.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 7.5 La habitación era muy grande, las vistas daban a otro edificio, y se veia una habitación un poco vieja/antigua.
• Value for money: 7.5 En general no estubo mal, pero lo que más nos molestó fue que el wi-fi no funcionara, y que siendo 2, solo pusieran un rulo de papel higiénico para tres días.
