• Positive: El trato y la habitación.
• Negative: Es la variedad en cuanto a productos sin lácteos, o sin lactosa a la vista, es muy engorroso tener que pedirlo continuamente, la verdad que lo que más me gustó fue el trato del camarero para la cena que me trajo fruta fresca para el postre, ya que solo habían dulces o tres variedades de fruta en almíbar. Deberían mejorar en cuanto a los alérgenos, sobretodo en el desayuno, la mayoría de los carteles no indicaban bien o no estaban operativos. En cuanto a variedad para alérgicos o intolerante, les pondría un 3.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Aquí igual, no le doy el 💯 por la comida, si bien somos minoría en cuanto a intolerantes y alérgicos, pero debería haber un hueco específico en el buffet, no tener que rodearlo continuamente buscando algo que poder comer.

• Cleanliness: 5 There's a thick layer of dust on the headboard of the bed. There's also thick layers of dust on most of the stairs. The reception desk area is also untidy and the decorative wall art is also covered in dust.
• Location: 10 Very good location
• Common facilities and services: 5 There needs to be another bar / bistro for evening if people don't want to go to the large buffet and loud family orientated "entertainment". A cosy bistro style place (cocktail bar with food) with low lighting, nice a la cart food and drinks. Reception isn't a nice place to sit and the lower level bar isn't suitable for a chilled evening. We are a couple and don't want to watch the poor low level family entertainment. It made us leave the hotel a lot. The food was also very poor quality with it being hard to put a meal together from the options on offer. Also the shop was only open 9am - 1pm meaning there was nowhere at all to get a snack in the evening - really should be a better offering to whats there and better hours. missed opportunity as i saw a lot of people leave hotel buy snacks in spar and bring back to hotel.
• Staff: 2.5 Cleaning staff and most of restaurant staff lovely. Reception staff defensive and not as helpful as they should be. The bar staff are quite rude and treat anyone all incusive as if they are a scorge. I paid extra for all inclusive wheic we didnt abuse - given im pregnant and am not drinking alot of alcohol) yet we were made feel like a nusoce for wanting a drink and they drinks were poor in terrible glasses vs the drinks that were paid for. The exclusion of "cocktails" doesn't make any sense when i could get a fruit juice and my husband a vodka yet not in the same glass !
• Quietness: 7.5 Fine - with exception of the entertainment at night taking over all the common areas meaning there was no nice bar to go to chill in
• Room: 7.5 We loved the decor and the private pool and the privacy of our room 4703 (vs 4701 or 2 - they didn't get much as their quite exposed !) i mentioned the bed had a thick layer of dust on top of the bed... other than that the room was clean and lots of storage - i asked for more clothes hangers and got them. Other feedback is this can be a family room - ( the pull out bed) but with no door to the shower room id struggle to shower in front of our children if we brought them in the future ! should be a door... also the recess needs to be deeper in the shower to let away the water and protect your wood on the door frame. Also a mini bar would be good, happy to pay a reasonable amount to use it, again with some snacks... we also found housekeeping didn't replace the tea we used and we always had to take more milk from the buffet as there was never enough.
• Value for money: 5 I don't feel like we get any better value for out €2.5k vs the standard room and half board options other than the room being very nice. While the room is very nice there isn't enough at the hotel to attract us back - we have stayed 5 times now and keep hoping that it will improve so we were thrilled with the room but the rest let itself down - food.. lack of nice common areas.. also on the last day while it was disappointing we coudln't get a late check out it was understandable but it was not ok that there were no options shared with us to use a room to freshen up before we left late that day and its completely unacceptable that we were told to leave our room at 11am when the email confirmation said we had until 12pm. That really spoiled our day along with how rude reception was.
