• Negative: When I have made my reservation, I have expressed a specific request to the staff and they have never answered to it. I have sent an additional email to ask about the status of my request but the staff never answered to any of my emails. Another thing that I did not like was the noise produced by the flushing of the WC. I was able to ear the flushing of all the rooms around mine as if they were flushing my own toilet. Very unpleasant.
