• Cleanliness: 2.5 I found many hairs on the fresh bedsheets, totally unacceptable! The floor in the restaurant was not well cleaned, at breakfast there was spaghetti remains from the night before on the floor.

• Quietness: Not rated The activities at night were way too loud for families who wanted an early night.
• Room: 5 Disrepair of rooms, damaged door wooden frames, rusted fridge, leaking water pipes, dirty curtains…
• Value for money: 5 The food was of a really poor quality… dry fish, cold food, low quality meat (were the breakfast sausages actually made out of meat?), dry pastries for breakfast (definitely more than one day old), no coffee machines working on our first day… there was a good variety but overall the food was pretty bad
