• Cleanliness: 10 The cleaning staff never stop. We had three towel changes plus two appartment cleans in 10 days.
• Location: 7.5 Away from the hubub of Benidorm but that climb back can be a struggle
• Common facilities and services: 10 Good indoor pool and gym. Breakfast varied and plenty of it
• Staff: 10 Always a smile and very helpful
• Quietness: 7.5 Very good, except Jet2 luggage lorry staff could be noisy in early morning.
• Room: 10 We asked for a sunny balcony and got it. The new walk-in shower was a bonus. Would have loved proper wine glasses.
• Value for money: 10 Can't fault the price.

• Value for money: 7.5 I have always found this place to be good value for money but was annoyed this time on my arrival to be told that I had to pay more than the original price quoted when I first booked.
