• Positive: The staff where fantastic! One of the best check-ins i've ever experienced.
• Negative: The shuttle bus times weren't great and also we found it very hard to find the stops while out in Tenerife, we ended up just getting local busses as they were easier to get than the shuttle bus. Perhaps extend the shuttle bus times and make it clearer where the pick ups are as the map in reception was hard to read exactly where we were getting picked up from.

• Cleanliness: 10 The hotel itself was very clean and well presented.
• Location: 7.5 It is out of the way, but we liked that... as I mentioned before, perhaps think about increasing the shuttle bus times as we only ended up using it once and talking taxis / local busses the rest of the time as they were more convenient.

• Room: 5 I did feel the room was a little dated, e.g. we went for a Jacuzzi room and the Jacuzzi bath was worn and dated. I think the room overall could do with a bit of modernisation like the rest of the hotel.
