• Quietness: 2.5 The facility in general was very peaceful, it was a good location for taht but our room was 714 and was right beside the road which was very noisy in the morning time and also late in the night.
• Room: 5 The standard of the room would not have been on the same level as the hotel. The decor was a bit dated, but it was clean and had plenty of space which is what we were looking for. Everything was in the room that we needed and it was always cleaned well during our stay. The view was ok.
• Value for money: 5 In general we go what we paid for. I think the deal we go was very good, but if I was staying again I would ask to be put in a different room due to the noise from the road, perhaps if better quality windows were installed this would hel, windows were only single glazes and some had open vents which you could not close.

• Positive: Helpful stuff! The best is Gabrielle! We simply loved her and I think she is a true hotel treasure! Also very nice breakfast and wonderful Saturday’s shows. Both the races and enchanted were excellent!
• Negative: It’s not a dislike but we had a problem with wall thickness between 704a and 704b! But the stuff was helpful and changed our room quickly. I’d also recommend a little more focus on kids club!

• Location: 5 It was a surprise for us that the temperature between coast and chayofa differs. And it was often cloudy when sun shone brightly on the beach.
• Common facilities and services: 5 More focus on kids club. Reinnovate golf and lounge beds.
• Staff: 10 Helpful recommendations, quick reaction to requests, good breakfast organization.
• Quietness: 7.5 Perfect for couples to rest. No loud music, everywhere signs to keep quite. But as I wrote had difficulty with quietness in the room
• Room: 7.5 Reinnovated rooms look way much better. After staying in 704a, 608 seemed far better and cozy. Though it was smaller but bathrooms need reinnovation too. Kitchens were very well equipped in both cases. And anti insect device was also big plus
• Value for money: 7.5 Expected more from kids club
