• Positive: The staff were all lovely and helpful. Our daughter in particular loved the mini disco! She loved the pools.
• Negative: The massive amount of plastic waste from bar drinks and breakfast jams, marmalade etc just thrown away, no on site recycling facilities for the self bought items. For a hotel asking us to consider the environment when washing towels this seemed quite contradictory. The food was also not great, the take out menu (which didn’t deliver) wasn’t very nice when we used it and it turns out was more expensive than the same foods on the pool side dine in menu which was odd. Having to pay to use our room safe was also unusual and a bit annoying.

• Negative: Seemed to be less slick then in previous years. Orders were often forgotten, service was slow, no support with luggage, and v. un-customer service focused around restaurant booking v. pedantic

• Location: 7.5 Either finish or knock down the eyesore construction site right next door.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Nice, but a very strange mix between Balinese and regular Spanish resort styles. Jacuzzi in public area was a frigid 16 degrees.
