• Cleanliness: 5 Rooms were clean but hallways appeared dark and dingy.
• Location: 10 Excellent location to center Madrid and transportation outlets.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Decent breakfast and bar/cafe.

• Quietness: 2.5 The first nights we stayed were relatively quite except the disco on Saturday night. Our next stay was horrendously loud with some unidentifiable banging and clanking sounds.
• Room: 7.5 Room size is quite large with roomy bathrooms and handy kitchenette.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value for an older, under cared for hotel. I'm glad the rooms were clean.
