• Cleanliness: 10 Excellent, we noticed a small problem in the kitchen and the staff, fixed it very quickly.
• Location: 7.5 It is not close to important sites, but it is well connected.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 It does not have a restaurant, but it has a well conditioned kitchen and dishware.
• Staff: 7.5 Very friendly and willing to help, just a bit slow.
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet.
• Room: 10 The apartment is suitable for three people, with two rooms. We got a high floor and the view was very nice. Only one thing to consider, there is no tv in the bedroom.
• Value for money: 10 I am very pleased and would go back again.

• Positive: Space; the Standard Apartment accommodations have the bedroom to the back of the building and because of this, the noise from the street is not heard.
• Negative: At the Superior Apartment Room 126 - the were too much dust specially on the heating system; Also the apartment(including the bedroom) is oriented to the street and it is heard the noise from the traffic.
