• Positive: The staff were excellent fantastic service very nice people /helpful. Brilliant. Reception staff second to none great. Food hall manger a pleasure to be around very professional runs a good tight ship. even mucks in excellent.
• Negative: Not enough staff on bars. even though the staff worked extremely hard and very polite at all times. Entertainment poor but this didn't spoil our holiday one bit.

• Cleanliness: 10 the rooms were spotless. credit to the cleaners excellent job. great
• Location: 10 prime location you could have quiet or travel a short distance by taxi to go to the more livelier part
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 food was ok a bit more choice but other than that good. fresh meat fish ect cooked to order, but could do with extra staff cooking at one time.
• Staff: 10 staff on all levels excellent great people to be around fantastic

• Room: 10 up graded rooms great. but saying that the other rooms were clean and spacious no problems at all loved it
• Value for money: 10 You get what you pay for very satisfied

• Room: 10 Nos alojamos en una suite 4401 y nos encanto la habitacion. Bien equipada y moderna. Las vistas no eran muy buenas en esta habitación pero como somos residentes en la isla no nos importo.
