• Location: 10 Easy walk to the seafront with many local bars and shops.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent selection of food in the restaurant.
• Staff: 10 All very friendly and the reception staff were very helpful in providing information on local bus services.
• Quietness: 10 Some noise but only to be expected in such a busy resort.
• Room: 10 Superb value. Large and very well appointed and recently modernized.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value.

• Positive: Really perfect, congratulations, competent and friendly personnel, professional service, good food, animation, nice structure, convenient, close to the sea, there had already been two years ago and we went back again, and I think I will return.
• Negative: The only negative: I had booked a premium room and I had specifically asked for a quiet room not on the street side, but I was given a room right on the street ... the front desk I was told that at the time there were no more rooms available and that they had not seen my requests on the reservation ... this is not good ... reproduce below my notes on the booking: "Please, give us a very quite apartments, Green side (e.g. number room 310 or near there), please no road side, last floor (second or third floor), non smoking, two single bed room. Please room with new furniture. Thanks"

• Cleanliness: 10 cleaning staff clean quickly but to a high standard if present in apartment meaning u were still able to relax
• Location: 7.5 close to places of interest but just out of the way so peaceful at night if you go to bed early
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 all facilities maintained well and services offered are good
• Staff: 10 Staff all poliete, helpful and deal with problem efficently should they arise
• Quietness: 10 noise from outside is barely noticable at through out evening nite. traffic passing hotel in day is minimal. noise from other users of complex is hardly noticable even in evening/night when quieter
• Room: 10 size of room was bigger than imagine. good shape. excellant amenities from kettle, cooking utensils, glasses, fridge to store food/drink in and hotplate for food cooking
• Value for money: 10 excellant value for money. got what paid for and would book again in future
