"Estimado cliente, Agradecemos sus comentarios. Le recordamos que la habitación dispone de un termostato con calefacción central. Si la temperatura ambiente es superior a la del termostato, obviamente el radiador no se encenderá. De haber notificado la incidencia en recepción, nuestro personal muy amablemente hubiera resuelto de inmediato. En cuanto a las habitaciones con vistas, no es cuestión de que estén libres o no. Simplemente se trata de otro tipo de habitación y como tal tiene un precio superior al resto. En el mismo momento que formalizó la reserva se le ofertaron varias tarifas donde se incluía la habitación con vistas y su suplemento correspondiente.
