• Propreté: 5 Cleaning of rooms was every other day as was a very light-touch clean. This suited us as it meant the maids were in and out within a few minutes but some people might prefer a more thorough clean.
• Situation: 7,5 Good beach. Quiet location but easy walk to main centre.

• Chambre: 5 Modern, nicely refurbished. Clean enough. A bit small with limited storage. Small balcony.

• Situation: 10 Opposite sea, I a nice quiet area of Puerto Pollensa
• Installations et services: 5 Not a lot of facilities on site, but I understand a refurbishment is taking place during the winter of 2016/2017.
• Personnel: 10 Helpful and friendly. Good info on local places to see and eat.
• Tranquillité: 7,5 Ground floor room, pool facing, was some noise at 8 when staff were cleaning pool area and keeping grounds tidy.
• Chambre: 5 Basic accommodation as expected for price.
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 Great location, great staff, precisely what we paid for in respect of accommodation.

• Personnel: 10 Professional, friendly & efficient staff. Especially Pep & Joana.
• Tranquillité: 10 Quiet location. Slight road noise if on front but not too disturbing.
• Chambre: 7,5 Clean a/c 1 bedroom accommodation. Pull out bed not that comfy. Facilities for s/c sufficient.
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 For what you get - views/location/24hrvreceotion great value for money.
