• Negative: No había un horario fijo de limpieza. Estaba duchándome y entró la limpiadora. Tuve que poner el cerrojo al siguiente día y cuando llegó al no poder entrar dejó la habitación sin limpiar. Debería haber el típico cartelito para poner en la puerta de que se puede pasar a limpiar o de no molestar.

• Cleanliness: 5 El fregado sólo se hace al irse, el resto de la semana no. Las sábanas no se cambian, sólo se hace la cama. El cuarto de baño recibe un limpiado superficial.
• Location: 10 Dos paradas de metros con varías líneas disponibles: la 2, la 9, etc. Cerca de plaza Colón y parque de El Retiro. Burguer king abajo, dos Corte Inglés, muchas tiendas.
• Common facilities and services: 5 ascensores siempre disponibles
• Staff: 10 cumplieron todo lo que les pedí al instante.
• Quietness: 7.5 Las habitaciones que dan al patio interior recibían ruidos de la parte trasera de unos bares. Algunos albañiles estaban de obra.
• Room: 5 Bastante grandes, muebles antiguos, televisión muy pequeña. No había microondas. Mobiliario suficiente. Almohadas buenas, somieres flojos. La vista era a un patio interior. Detrás del radiador había una montaña de pelusas que quedaba muy mal en un salón.
• Value for money: 5 lo justo, fue barato y tampoco era para pedir demasiado. Sólo fui a dormir. El resto del día lo pasaba fuera.
