These apartments boast a highly privileged location close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main and the most elegant streets of the city. The apartments are all situated in a modern building equipped with a lift. The building was built in the early twenties of the 19th century and was completely restored in 2004. These elegantly furnished one bedroom apartments have all modern facilities and a beautiful balcony overlooking some of the main central streets of Barcelona. The area is plenty of fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops and a few minutes walk from some of Gaudi’s most renowned creations. Apartments contain living and dining rooms for 4 people and kitchens equipped with modern appliances, crockery and cutlery. There are also separate laundry rooms with washing machines.
