• Positive: Location close to the waterfront. The common areas of the building as well as our room was well-maintained and clean.
• Negative: There was no 'No Smoking' area for those guests like ourselves who wished to eat outside. The outside area is large enough to allocate half for non-smokers. We did not use the restaurant for this reason.

• Negative: The breakfast not being buffet and the swimming pool is a bit too small for such a big complex. There was a smell of moist in the apartment which wasn't very nice and we had to keep the windows and balcony door open quite a lot.
