• Negative: How they closed the hotel in the middle of my stay and kicked me out in the street in the middle of a worldwide pandemy They pretended that the goverment ordered the closing. FAKE NEWS. Many other hotels were still open. The poor service in the apartment. Only 2 towels for 7 days Hot water problems The customer service when they closed the hotel and the help o find a place for the rest of my stay in Sevilla. Only money counts for them. Book in H 10. Amazing place and 5 stars luxury service for the same price VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL HOTEL. Except Lourdes, very welcoming and helpfull
