• Negative: The apartments lack cooking utensils. We had to ask for an oven tray for cooking. There were only two or three of each item. None were matching. We bought new bigger cups and glasses from the supermarket. The kitchen knieves were blunt. A number of places were not clean - look behind the doors, on top of the circuit breakers, in the draining area above the kitchen sink. The mattress cover was too small for the matress and could not be done up. The material inside the duvet was balled up. The duvets need replacing. Water took 5 minutes to flow from bath after a shower. This was reported, but not fixed. Hair dryer on wall was broken.
