• Positive: Fácil localización, o sea, es céntrico y comparado con otros alojamientos con estas características bastante mas barato.
• Negative: La calefacción no funcionaba y podeis imaginar que en pleno mes de diciembre hace bastante frío en Madrid. Además cuando lo comunicamos a recepción, ni siquiera nos facilitaron mantas. La actitud del personal de recepción fue bastante mala, incluso se molestaban si les dejábamos la tarjeta de la habitación cuando salíamos. Solicitamos mantas porque no funcionaba la calefacción y nunca aparecieron, solicitamos información sobre el metro y servicios de transporte y no sabían nada, por lo que, nos enviaron a preguntar en las oficinas de atención turística. El horario indicado en la recepción para el desayuno era de 07:30 a 10:30, pero cuando nos presentamos allí para desayunar a las 07:45, nos dijeron que hasta las 08:00 no abrían la puerta para desayunar, le explicamos que a las 08:30 teníamos un examen y no podíamos esperar, pero no nos abrieron la puerta. Las instalaciones están bastante obsoletas, aunque cerramos la ventana, entraba el frío durante la noche.
