• Negative: El ruido que entraba por la ventana (ya que no había persiana y la ventana no cerraba bien). El frio, por la causa anterior y porque no funcionaba la calefacción. Las toallas estaban sucias, las mantas agujereadas y la habitación estaba mal acondicionada.
