• Quietness: 2.5 the apartment is poorly soundproofed - a lot of noise from the neighbors and from the street. there is a very bad smell on the bathroom, which needs a strong update
• Room: 5 good size and shape. the view is perfect
• Value for money: 5 I think the price has gone in the high end over the last couple of years
