• Positive: La restauración: la comida es excelente y la atención por parte del personal del comedor rápida y atenta
• Negative: El personal de recepción (salvo un par de excepciones), estando en la habitación entró otra familia a la que le habían dado la misma en la que estábamos nosotros ¿qué hubiese ocurrido si no llegamos a estar y se llevan algo?¿se hubiese hecho el hotel responsable?, te cobran por un servicio de wifi al que no puedes acceder desde la habitación( hay que irse al hall del hotel), de cuatro días que lo contratamos, dos no funcionó y si te ibas a la habitación y llamabas a recepción para ver si habían arreglado el problema la respuesta era: "véngase usted a la entrada y lo comprueba" (palabras textuales)

• Quietness: 7.5 Nuestra habitación estaba muy bien situada, el único problema fue un día que no quitaron el hilo musical y a la una de la mañana tuvimos que ir a recepción para que lo apagaran, ya que por teléfono no nos hicieron caso alguno

• Negative: there are not hotel directions withing the Mazagon town. Just few of the hotel staff are speaking English, and noone was fluent. We asked for a room with a child-bed and it wasn't there, even if I asked for it when booked. The room had no fridge, crazy with more then 30°C outside and a 1 year old baby. The room & kitchen are nice to see, but absolutely not well organised, there are no drawers and the kitchen is difficult to be used, 'cause everything is jammed. The breakfast had no yogurt or muesli or healthy food, a part from fresh fruits. There weren't little rubbish on the table to pull the garbish. The waiters were too 'zealous' in removing cups and breakfast dishes, and many time I had to keep my dish while it's moved away from them, even if I was still eating.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated there are no sun-umbrellas for the swimming-pool, people had to bring themselves from home! Crazy.
• Staff: 2.5 few of the staff were nice, but absolutely not able to manage a 4 stars hotel.
• Quietness: Not rated hotel guests were laughing and shouting till 2am in the hotel corridor and people where chatting/shouting under rooms windows till late night.
• Room: 2.5 nice decoration but absolutely bad organised and jammed.
• Value for money: Not rated extreamly negative.
