• Positive: Piscina, bar outside, music. Reception area, nice renovated!
• Negative: Check-in process, waiting on a room because other guests dont check out on time, they should ask a fee when not checking out at 10AM... The cleaning lady had more work, reception has stress and I have to wait on a room. Also when returning guests, and when the specificaly ask by email in advance and when arriving, they should do an effort when the guest asks high floor for the noice at night (baby). Also, limit the english guests, so it doesnt become like era park. Also very important, there is no towel for the kitchen. You should be able to buy this at 1€ or so... You use towels the bathroom and its dirty for the next guests
