• Positive: The room is actually a small apartment, with separate living room, kitchen facilities and bedroom and with a large bathroom. The position is also very good as it is just 5 minutes of walk from the metro stop and also late at night the neighbourhood is very safe. We also appreciated the mini-market across the street opened every day till midnight

• Location: 7.5 It's not in the city centre, but metro stop Tetuan is easy to reach
• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast was ok, but not so varied. Mainly there were just quite good fresh pastries, no salty food, apart from toasts and olive oil.
• Staff: 10 Both at the reception and at the breakfast room were very nice and helpful.
• Quietness: 5 The hotel was very quiet, except for the "kindergarten" in the inner courtyard that was a bit annoying, but it wasn't before 9 a.m.
• Room: 10 The room was actually a small apartment and there's plenty of room. It was very comfortable.
• Value for money: 10
