• Cleanliness: 7.5 Generally, very good but I think hoovering the room a little more often would be good and dusting EVERYWHERE would also help (for example, I had some papers on a table next to the sofa in my room and the table had not been touched during my two week stay; as I removed the papers for packing, I noticed dust had gathered all around the papers on the table).

• Common facilities and services: 10 The lobby is good enough and I noticed some familites used the swimming pool which is nice (as I was wondering if anyone ever used the swimming pool!).

• Quietness: 10 Generally good - but sometimes I could hear people in the room next to me snoring or talking late into the night which was not great. Clearly, the rooms are not sound proof enough.

• Value for money: 10 Good value EXCEPT that breakfast, luncheon and dining facilities are seriously lacking (there is breakfast but it is not brilliant really for what you are charged). I think this would make this establishment really to be seen as value for money.
