• Positive: The room is good and quiet. My room was on 6th floor. Good,...or very good Location of hotel is excellent.
• Negative: I didnt like that you didnt reply to my two mails before I arrived. I had two question, but you didnt answer me. ...what to say?? Breakfest is not included in price. In my opinion that is one thing which made bad impresion. The price is not a problem, but I used to have breakfest included in room price like a shampoo and towels. In part of Europe where I live that is normal.
