• Positive: En realidad no sabría decir qué fué lo que más me gustó. Me sentí muy cómoda desde que llegué hasta que me fuí. En primer lugar, cuando llegué, la habitación estaba ya preparada y limpia, y no tuve que esperar para que me dieran la llave. En teoría es lo que debería ser, pero no todos los hoteles tienen la habitación lista cuando llegas. Cuando entré en la habitación me sorprendí. Las habitaciones estan muy limpias, son muy espaciosas y no están del todo viejas. Durante mi estancia allí necesité alguna información sobre sitios para visitar, cómo moverme por el metro... y los recepcionistas supieron ayudarme muy bien. Además disponen de pequeños mapas del centro de Madrid que te sirven mucho cuando buscas algún sitio concreto. Finalmente, el último día, tuvieron la amabilidad de gurdar nuestras maletas bajo llave hasta que se hizo la hora de coger el tren.
• Negative: A pesar de que todo está muy limpio, el edificio es un poco viejo y el agua caliente no va muy bien. Si eres el último del edificio en ducharte, es posible que tengas que esperar a que se llene la caldera.

• Staff: 5 Muy despistado y poco atento, eso sí muy educado.
• Quietness: 2.5 En zona de marcha, pero lo que más me fastidió fue el ruido del aparato de la bomba de calor, que hacía muchísimo ruido.
• Room: 5 Muy descuidada y el sofá cama deja mucho que desear para que llamen a la habitación "Suite", era muy incómodo.
• Value for money: 5 Es barato por su situación, pero caro por sus instalaciones.

• Positive: It was like a small apartment, so it was nice to come back and be able to make a cup of coffee and put your feet up. It was centrally located and a short walk to the Metro.
• Negative: A bit run down and not that clean. However, the sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen was not very well stocked with pots and pans. It was very noisy on Fri and Sat nites.
